Our clinic was founded as The Whole Health Center in the 1980's by Dr. Gilbert Manso, MD. In the esummer of 2013, Dr. Manso invited Dr. Valeska Wells to come on board as an associate. Dr. Wells had always been an advocate and student of integrative medicine, and with help of Dr. Mans's tutelege, along with additional training, she became a highly sought after practitioner of integrative medicine. 

In June 2014 Dr. Wells took over the practice and renamed it Whole Health Center Houston. Drawing from her extensive educational and clinical background, Dr. Wells has a keen ability to diagnose a wide array of medical conditions and to create highly individualized, effective, integrative plans for treatment.  She will not apply treatments blindly or without explanation, nor will she presume you fit into a specific mold.  Rather, Dr. Wells believes in educating her patients on the options and then working closely with them to achieve healing and wellness.  Though she has special interests in Preventative Medicine and Women & Children’s Health, she treats men and women of all ages.  Dr. Wells is also an expert in treating chronic infections such as Lyme Disease.
